Squeeze the Pouch – Gently squeeze the bottom of the pouch to break the frangible seal, allowing the water and formula to mix.

Shake the Pouch – Give the pouch a good shake to ensure the formula and water blend evenly for a smooth, ready-to-feed mixture.

Remove the Cap & Feed – Twist off the cap to reveal the built-in nipple, and feed your baby directly from the pouch. Once done, simply dispose of the pouch.
